OverviewView my bill onlineWith View My Bill Online, you can monitorthe conferencing charges to your accountanytime from anywhere. It’s easier thanever to get the charge details you need.You can also conveniently export, filterand sort your billing data to a spreadsheetfor your own analysis.The web interface clearly displays chargesfrom multiple conferencing services, suchas audio, video and web conferences, bymonthly billing period. You can easilydownload your current invoice or click to seethe next level of charge details. If you areresponsible for many accounts, you can viewall invoices in your corporate hierarchy to seethe breakdown of costs.View My Bill Online allows you to viewcurrent and past invoices. With 24x7x365access to your account you will be able toanswer routine billing questions.The easy-to-use navigation allows you tomove through multiple levels of transactionsand find the details you are looking for quicklyand easily. You can also maintain and updateyour own account information, including theability to add or update credit cardinformation securely over the Internet usingthe latest encryption technologies.2This guide describes how to use thefeatures in View My Bill Online to:Getting authorised to useView My Bill Online Export data into a csv (Comma SeparatedValue) file so you can manipulate thedata directly in a spreadsheet applicationlike Excel You can call the help desk or send us an emailto get your company set up. InvoicesHow do I get a past invoice?If you manage only one account:1. In the horizontal navigation alongthe top, click on Invoices.2. If you need to view that invoice, clickon the PDF icon next to the InvoiceNumber. You may look at historicalbilling data, 6 months before thecurrent month. InvoicesHow do I get a paper invoice if I pay by credit card?You will not receive a paper invoice if you pay your bill by credit card.However, you will receive an email informing you that your current invoiceis available for download. This PDF version of the invoice is the same asour paper invoice. It can be printed or saved to your computer. You have the option to make yourreport even more specific; use theavailable fields to search and matchadditional parameters.Tip: Blank fields are interpreted to meanthat all possible data will be included.Also, you can use an asterisk “*” as a wildcard. For example, specifying “*Smith”as a Chair Name will include all accountswhere Smith occurs as the final part of thename (e.g. John Smith, Ann Goldsmith,Lori Jones-Smith). Whereas specifying“* Smith” will include all accounts where“Smith” occurs as the final name precededby a space (e.g. John Smith).12. Click Confirm.13. Review the parameters of your report.If you need to make changes, simplyselect the corresponding Edit link.14. Click Generate report.15. Hints & tips.when using view my bill onlineTips on using View my bill onlineHow we define billing periodsTax status Any item with an arrow means there isanother level of detail to view A billing period begins on the first dayof the month and ends on the last day ofthe month for all calls completed beforemidnight GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) If your organisation is tax-exempt, pleasecall or email us to change your tax status. Data columns can be sorted in ascendingor descending order by clicking on thecolumn header When you export to Excel, you willget a spreadsheet version of what youare viewing If BT Conferencing maintains multiplecustom data fields for your company, youwill see all of them when you export toExcel. Currently, View my bill online canonly display two of your custom data fieldson the web pages If you need to cross bill a charge withinyour organisation, see the Cost Centercolumn for your custom billing codes Payment history sums up all paymentswithin a given month. You can view up to the past 6 months ofactivity, including your account balanceand payment history Your session times out after 30 minutes.20 Payment terms are shown on the saleinvoice (front sheet) on your PDF invoiceHow some data is defined Start time displays in BST (British SummerTime) for the summer months and GMT(Greenwich Mean Time) at all other timesof the year Duration is the length of time from the timethe first person joins the call until the lastperson leaves Billable minutes is the sum of all minutesfor all participants.
