This includes how to adjust settings andpreferences, download and install software, and generally how to function on yourcomputer.o Your computer is (generally speaking) a current model, with a current OperatingSystem. VDI will not install and run on some older operating systems. We alsoassume it is a Windows or Apple operating system. As a campus, we do notsupport Linux. There may be individuals at the Help Desk who are fluent in Linuxand able to help you, there may not be.
